Overview

The courts currently use Navigator as our Case Management System (CMS). Please note that some of these videos below show Navigator’s predecessor, Odyssey 14. Although Odyssey 14 looks a little different than Navigator, the functionality remains the same. The major difference is how you find things in Navigator. You will hear the terms Odyssey and Navigator used interchangeably throughout the courts. Both terms are correct.

Your Supervisor or Manager can provide direction to you about which trainings would be appropriate for your job.  


Setting up Preferences and Uploading a Favorites List – duration 18:16

  • For new TCAAs, we recommend uploading the TCAA Favorites List when prompted
