The Court Operations Analysis Team (COAT) is dedicated to improving court operations across New Mexico by providing resources, training, and support to court staff and judges. Launched on October 12, 2024, COAT comprises two specialized teams: Internal Process Analysis Team and the Data Quality Team. Our mission is to identify operational challenges, deliver actionable insights, and provide tailored training to enhance court efficiency and effectiveness.
