The links below provide access to the New Mexico Supreme Court’s Orders Archive for Administrative and Rules Orders.

The orders are numbered according to the year they were issued, the type of order, and the sequence of the order within the year. The first two digits represent the year the order was issued. The second four digits indicate the type of order; administrative orders use 8500 and rules’ orders use 8300. The final three digits indicate the sequence of the orders for the year they were issued. For example, Order No. 22-8500-001 is an administrative order that was issued in 2022 and is the first administrative order of that year.

Administrative orders are available from 2016 to present (2015 – 1959 coming soon). Rules’ orders are available from 2022 to present (2021 – 2012 coming soon). Please note that these archives are not comprehensive and are updated regularly.
