DESCRIPTION:Workshop: Conflict Communication\, and Change\n \n\n\nWEDNESDAY APRIL 22ND (830am TO 430PM) \nTHURSDAY APRIL 23RD (830 TO 430PM)\n\n\nWe will explore how miscommunication\, personality or work style differences\,\nunexpected changes and other factors can create friction in the workplace. We learn\nhow fine tuning our self-awareness and communication skills can make transitions\neasier\, address differences\, and empower employees to responsibly manage issues\nthemselves. \n\nParticipants learn the basic principles and practices of interpersonal\ncommunication and conflict management including how we listen\, acknowledge others\,\nuncover core issues\, deescalate strong emotions and provide meaningful feedback.
