SUMMARY:New Employee Orientation
DESCRIPTION:The Administrative Office of the Courts Human Resource Division (AOC HRD) conducts a statewide comprehensive hybrid (in-person and virtual) New & Existing Employee Orientation (NEO) monthly\, offered in Santa Fe and Albuquerque on a rotating basis.  The NEO is an onboarding process focused on welcoming and connecting judicial employees. The NEO includes five (5) modules. The modules covered are: Structure of the Judiciary and Background of the AOC\, an overview of the NM Judicial Branch Personnel Rules Part I and II and the NMJB Judicial Code of Conduct\, a training on Loss Control\, Fraud Reporting\, Drug & Alcohol Prevention and Testing\, Computer and Internet Use\, an overview of the Harassment\, Discrimination\, and Retaliation Prevention Policy\, and an overview of Benefits\, including PERA and Payroll.
