DESCRIPTION:The Legacy Leadership and Management Program – Class of 2028 JEM Silver program – is an investment in the future leadership of the New Mexico Judiciary. It is designed to foster a network of professionals who support one another across jurisdictions\, share knowledge and expertise\, and contribute to a stronger\, more responsive court system that serves the people of New Mexico with integrity and professional excellence. Participants are selected through an application process open to court staff. This orientation is the starting point for JEM Silver + CCM Class of 2028.
