We learn\nhow fine tuning our self-awareness and communication skills can make transitions\neasier\, address differences\, and empower employees to responsibly manage issues\nthemselves.  \nParticipants learn the basic principles and practices of interpersonal\ncommunication and conflict management including how we listen\, acknowledge others\,\nuncover core issues\, deescalate strong emotions and provide meaningful feedback.
